1. What type of businesses do you work with?
I support service providers and e-commerce business owners who need operational structure, admin relief, and process support.
2. Do you charge hourly or by package?
My services are package-based. Each package includes a set of tasks and monthly support.
3. How do payments work?
Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month for the previous month’s services. Payment is due by the 5th via PayPal or Bank transfer.
4. Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, I require a 2-month minimum commitment for new clients. After that, services are month-to-month.
5. How will we communicate?
Communication is through your preferred channel (email, WhatsApp, or Slack), with a 24-hour response time during weekdays.
6. Do you offer refunds?
No refunds are provided once services are rendered.
